CURRENT UPDATE: Emily does not have enough to cover June's rent which is 1250, and that also means no money for utilities which are around $200. LET'S PLEASE HELP HER REACH THIS GOAL ASAP, her landlord is aware of the situation and has extender her due date to 7 days.
From Em:
"Before our baby got sick, we were already struggling financially a bit. I was in LPN school trying to finish nursing school so we could finally have some stability, and Noah worked as a handyman doing whatever jobs he could get. We lived paycheck to paycheck, but we were managing.
A few months ago, our baby started having serious breathing problems. What we thought would be a short hospital stay turned into multiple admissions, specialists, procedures, and eventually a tracheostomy surgery. Since then, our entire lives have changed.
Our daughter, Lana, now requires constant care, medical equipment, frequent appointments, and around-the-clock monitoring. I’ve missed a lot of school and haven’t been able to work because I’m almost always at the hospital or caring for him at home.
The stress of everything honestly took a huge toll on our relationship. Between the financial pressure, exhaustion, and everything happening with the baby, things fell apart and Noah moved out. I don’t blame him completely. I think we were both overwhelmed and trying to survive in our own ways.
Right now I’m doing my best to keep things together, but I’m struggling. Between rent, utilities, medical-related expenses, transportation to appointments, and basic living costs, I’m falling behind fast.
If anyone is able to help in any way, whether it’s donating, sharing this, or even keeping us in your prayers, I would appreciate it more than I can explain.
I just want to be able to focus on taking care of my baby without constantly being terrified about losing everything else, too."
Em is my childhood bestie and I made this in order to help support her! Please share, donate, even $1 can make a difference!
Thank you all
