I am reaching out to you during an incredibly difficult time. As many of you know, my beloved wife Clare tragically passed away due to what we believe was medical negligence. Clare was the heart of our family, caring for our two young boys while I worked. Her sudden loss has left us devastated emotionally and financially.

Initially, this GoFundMe was set up to fund a memorial tree in Clare's honour. While I deeply appreciate the support I received, we did not reach the goal. I have now decided to redirect my efforts towards seeking justice for Clare.

I are pursuing legal action to hold those responsible accountable. There are significant costs involved in building a strong case, including independent medical reviews, expert testimonies, and other legal expenses. Additionally, Clare’s passing has left me facing financial difficulties as I try to balance full-time work and caring for my boys.

Your support can help us cover these legal costs and also assist with living expenses during this challenging time. This will allow me to provide for Owain and Jackson and ensure they have the stability they need.

If I do not require all the funds for the legal case and living expenses, the remaining money will go towards my original idea of getting a memorial tree. I plan to get a small plot of land and plant a single tree on it with a plaque in Clare's name. It would be a private space owned by the family, allowing my sons, Owain and Jackson, and close friends and family the privacy to visit and remember their Mum.
