This fundraiser is on behalf of Bryan Maldonado López’s friends and family. We lost our beloved friend and brother on March 10, 2022. The funds raised here will be used to cover funeral expenses and to assist Bryan’s younger brother Sammyr, who Bryan had been supporting.

 

Bryan was the best friend anyone could ask for. The first one to make a joke and the last one to get mad. He had many, many friends from all over the world. Bryan touched many lives with his goofy and lively personality. He would be the type of man to call you and give you a gift for your birthday even if you were on the other side of the world.

 

Bryan was a loving brother. He was the oldest of his siblings and did his best to be a good role model. Bryan was his younger brother's legal guardian, and he cooked and paid for his brother’s housing while he attended high school. He truly wanted the best for his friends and family.

 

Bryan was the first one in his family to graduate college, and he received a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He was just beginning his engineering career and wanted to help people by designing prosthetics.

 

Bryan loved rock climbing, video games, and riding his motorcycle. He skydived and sang karaoke with an absolute passion. He was honest and compassionate and full of life. He was the person that everyone wanted to be around — the one who could bring a smile to anyone’s face. Bryan lived his life with purpose and joy, and in doing so he filled ours with purpose and joy too.
