Help Andi Win Her Fight Against Metastatic Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Y’all, I never wanted to say this, but i’ve been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. While this news has shocked and saddened me along with my loved ones, it hasn’t rattled our spirit and hope that, with the help of my amazing doctors, achieve remission once again.
Incurable means nothing to me. I believe i’m going to be here for a long time, but unfortunately that comes at a financial cost. In fighting any kind of cancer, the treatment can be grueling, and I will need to cut back at work. In full transparency, Eva already has a job lined up as an RN (she’s just finishing school, and i’m incredibly proud of her), but we’ll still be two people fighting a terrible disease which treatment will cost us.
Donations/contributions will be used to cover anything from:
-medical bills
-groceries
-utilities
-new treatments that my insurance might not cover (I’ll advocate for every option available!)
-holistic, out-of-pocket treatments
If there’s one thing I want people to take away from this diagnosis, it’s this: please don’t be sad for me, hope and dream for me! I am staying strong, positive, and optimistic. My doctors are too. We are fighting for longevity and a future. Metastatic diagnoses are scary, but once you’re in it, the only way out is through. This is the perspective i’ve chosen to lead with. Help me in this fight because I truly trust my mind and my body to get me through this.
