Running Croydon FM CIC, a community-led, not-for-profit radio station, has been an incredible journey filled with many challenges and triumphs. But through it all, our unwavering belief in the strength of our community has driven us forward.

Since our inception in 2018, we've been dedicated to informing, educating, and entertaining listeners through diverse programming that reflects the unique perspectives and experiences of our community. By promoting local events, organisations, and initiatives, we foster a sense of connection and belonging among our audience.

We take immense pride in upholding high standards and ethical broadcasting practices, ensuring that our programming is inclusive, respectful, and engaging for all members of the community.

Croydon FM serves as a vital space where community members can freely share their stories, ideas, and opinions. Through our platform, we amplify diverse voices and encourage open dialogue, forging a stronger, more connected community.

The impact of our efforts has been truly gratifying - We've launched over 100 careers in Radio Broadcasting and provided training to over 50 young individuals in Radio Production, nurturing a wealth of talent along the way. Moreover, we've been making a positive impact in an area where youth violence remains a concern, giving hope and opportunities to those who need it most.
