I have known this Entrepreneur, CEO, Auto Technician, single Father of three, and good friend for 10 years. When I first met him, he was working at Mercedes-Benz of Collierville as a Auto Technician. After his transition from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville, he was blessed with the opportunity to start his own business. His name is Lee Honey, Jr. and he is the proud owner of Christ Like Automotive in Bartlett, Tennessee where he is going on 10 years in business. Lee loves working on all types of cars, but he specializes in repairing the Mercedes-Benz brand. Lee grew up in church and he thanks God daily for giving him this business to do what he loves best, working on cars. Lee will tell you in a minute, he loves his career working on cars and repairing them right the first time, especially the Mercedes-Benz cars. He is efficient and a perfectionist when it comes to car repair. In the 10 years that Ive been knowing him I've always heard him talk about needing an alignment machine and tire mounting balancing machines. These would help him tremendously. I noticed he still has not been able to obtain this equipment, due to setbacks caused from him having to redo car repair done by previous employees, not doing the job right the first time. Those same seatbacks have also put him behind financially. As the single father of three who continues to take and pick up his children daily from school, he still manages to get cars repaired. In the past Lee had help at his shop, but as they say, good help is hard to find, so he chooses to work by his self and repair cars right the first time. Also he never overcharge or try to get over like most Automotive shops. My heart goes out to him. He prays daily asking God to help him. Lee is a strong believer in God. I know Lee would never ask for help because he has so much faith in God and he is very humble , that's why I'm writing this. Also, being a customer and a friend I hate to see him struggling financially to try to take care of his business and his three children.
