Hello Monroe Area Comprehensive High School Class of 1996, and anyone who knows and loves Chakana Millbrooks and her daughter Kenyatta Millbrooks, and even those who may not know them personally!! This Campaign is for our Class of 96 classmate Chakana Millbrooks who lost her only child, 18 Year Old Kenyatta on July 11, 2016 after she suddenly became physically ill just 2 days prior.  This came as such a shock to everyone because she was otherwise a healthy vibrant child.  The cause of death is still being determined.  Kenyatta had such a promising future--She just graduated this year 2016 as a High Honors College Bound Graduate of Miller Grove High School in Lithonia GA.  She was so loved by not just family but many many friends.  Let us come together as a Class (and also for others who want to give) and support Chakana as she attempts to make sense of this huge and devastating loss.   Of course no amount of money can replace the loss of a child but the long road of recovering from this can be eased by knowing you are loved and thought of and supported.  The money raised here will be used by Chakana for whatever needs may arise as a result of this loss.  I know we all have our own lives and haven't seen each other in years but it'll be good to let our classmate know she's not forgotten.   To all who donate: Family, Friends, Classmates, Teachers, Preachers and Individuals who may not know them personally but your heart goes out to them--Thank you so much for your support!
