Cambridge Literary Festival

We hope you have enjoyed the events that we have brought back in-person throughout 2022, and that you were able to access some of the events we made available online during lockdown.

Two years with very little income proved very difficult for us and thousands of other events organisations. We do not receive public funding and although we host our events in university buildings, that does come at a cost to the festival. We rely heavily on ticket sales income to keep the organisation ticking over.

If you can spare a little extra we would be incredibly grateful, your generosity makes a big difference. Each year, Cambridge Literary Festival generates thousands of pounds for the local economy, with independent retailers and local cafes all benefiting from the influx of book lovers.

For the past 20 years, CLF has brought hundreds of book lovers and writers together. It's what we love to do, and we would really like to continue doing it.
