Brendi’s Legal Fees and Expenses

UPDATE:

Brendi was able to find a personal injury attorney within her Church to help her and her children. Her attorney agreed to helping her with EVERYTHING she currently needs for her and the children for $4,140 total.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for all of your help getting her to where she is now! She was able to pay her attorney over $2,000 because of all of you, and ONLY because of all of you! This means so much to Brendi. Even though Tyler is out on bond, he is not allowed to have contact with her or their children. Brendi does not have to remain in contact with Tyler any longer, and is free.

Brendi’s attorney was able to coordinate her and the kids being able to retrieve their belongings, finally, after not having them for 9 months. Noah and Brinleigh got their favorite toys back! Their lives are starting to be restored.

However, Brendi’s attorney has told her on Monday 3/11, if she does not pay the final $2,135 payment by Friday 3/15, he is going to drop her case completely. It’s great that she is able to become completely divorced for only a little over 4k, but let’s help her get the rest of the way there!! ♥️ Their future depends on it!

Brendi has recently started going through the motions of healing and getting justice for the wrongs committed against her during her relationship with her estranged husband Tyler. Although Tyler has recently been apprehended and is no longer a threat physically, the funds in their bank account they shared are being kept from her and impeding her ability to care for her children, Noah and Brinleigh. Justice is finally being served but that doesn’t come without complications and she still needs to be able to provide for the children’s needs as well as pay for an attorney to help regain financial security.

Brendi and her children have a difficult journey ahead of them as they navigate this situation and any donation you can give would mean taking a lot of stress off of them.
