Amy's Medical Expenses

After a gallbladder surgery which left Amy with a huge abscess that had to surgically be removed, she has been in and out of the hospital with unbearable pain and more abscesses forming in her body.  She is not absorbing her own blood, and the doctors have referred her to Mayo Clinic in Florida to see a specialist there.  She will be traveling at the beginning of August, and she has lots of financial needs between the hospital bills and the trip to Mayo.  Please consider how you may be able to help her and her family so she can find help and healing.

Here is a breakdown of the financial need and how the money will be used:

Flights: $1500 (2 people round trip)

Hotel: $2500 (3 ½ weeks)

Food: $700 (3 meals/day at $10 per meal for 21 days with a little extra for needed snacks)

Rental car: $800 (rent for a month)

Medical bills: $2000
