You're aMAISYng Just The Way You Are! Maisy Ryan was born on March 3rd 2015 (2 Months) and has been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy 1 (aka SMA or Werdnig Hoffman Disease) and is currently undergoing detailed genetic testing. This disease is a rare genetic disorder that causes degeneration of nerve cells in the lowest region of the brain and affects certain motor neurons in the spinal cord. Leading to progressive weakness of the truncal, and extremity muscles initially, followed by chewing, swallowing and breathing difficulties.

This is set up to help out with any medical bills that Maisy will aquire.  It will also allow her parents to spend this time with her, when she needs them most!
