C’est Tout Bon 2 Eat - Help Us Get Rolling Again!
We’re Milton and Jill Mouzon, owners of C’est Tout Bon 2 Eat, a food truck that’s been serving up Po boys, Cajun burgers and other good eats in metro Atlanta since 2014. We’ve served thousands, supported the homeless, created jobs, and poured our hearts into every event. We’ve even supported other GoFundMe campaigns over the years.
Never did we imagine we’d be creating one for ourselves.
But here we are—humbly asking for your help. Why is asking for help so hard? Helping others when they needed it has always been our calling. A friend advised us not to block our blessings. Yes, this is hard, but given the circumstances we have no choice.
We battled a major challenge...
In April 2024, our world was turned upside down when Jill—my wife of 31 years and the soul of our business—suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm. Her recovery became priority one. She had to step away from her duties with the truck.
As small business owners, there were no paid sick days or time off. I had to keep the business running while providing care for Jill. It was mentally exhausting, heartbreaking (leaving her not knowing what might happen), and financially draining. We’re forever grateful to the friends, family and frat (YO NUPES!) that showered us with prayers, meals, visits and financial support during her recovery.
The challenges didn’t stop there:
- I suffered third-degree burns from hot oil, forcing us to cancel several events in July of 2024. I was at work, but my mind was on my wife's healing.
- BIG JUICE, our 1981 truck, suffered a catastrophic engine failure in January 2025.
- The first replacement engine failed after just a few months.
- We bought a second rebuilt engine in May of 2025, but mechanical issues persist.
- We’ve paid for rentals and expensive tows just to honor our commitments—often at a loss.
- Loan payments continued even while our truck was sidelined, draining our savings.
We’ve fought hard. But now, we’re at the breaking point. It was either give up or get help. We chose get help. Thanks in advance for helping us continue to serve our communities great food!
