On February 7th 2016, Jasmine (Jazzy) Hopkins was in a horrible car accident and is suffering from serious spinal cord injuries and will require long-term care and therapy. Her family and friends are asking for support to help with Jazzy's recovery efforts. She has been at UC Davis Medical Center for close to a week now and is expected to be in the hospital for another 4-5 weeks. 

Jazzy Hopkins is the daughter of Kristi Gray-Hopkins and Aarion Hopkins. She is 23 years old and has her whole life ahead of her to fulfill the dreams that she has been actively pursuing before this accident happened.

For the last year, Jazzy has served as a Crisis Counselor for transitioning youth who face extreme adversitites. She is known by many for her big heart, for being a workaholic, and for her determination and constant love for her family and friends.

She has always been independent and giving, thinking of others before herself. And now as her friends and family we are thinking of her.

All funds will go toward paying Jazzy's medical bills and supporting her family.
