On March 17, 2025, I gave birth to a sweet baby boy named Zy’aire, who was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome. He's been in the hospital since birth, had heart surgery on the third day after being born, and procedures to help his heart at Strong Hospital. Finally, he was transferred to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and underwent another heart surgery. He had a ventricular assist device placed on Wednesday, July 16. Now, we're just patiently waiting for him to get stronger and bigger for a transplant, which the list will be 8 to 12 months. So for now, I will be balancing two lives between the NICU in Philly and home in NY, where my other kids are. At this difficult moment, anything will help during this journey.
