Support Zuzu Bell's Unique Film Project

Hello, my name is Zuzu Bell - a Brooklyn bread, LA minced screenwriter, director, and production designer looking to raise funds for my feature film, Born to Witness -- the true story of a scholar by the name of Dr. Milton S. J. Wright, the first and only Black person to meet Hitler. When en route to his dissertation dinner, he was approached by two SS Officers with the ominous message, "the Fuhrer wants to see you." After being dragged kicking and screaming to destiny, the subsequent four hour dinner and conversation that occurred that evening changed history. This story is unique in that it defies our understanding of the events leading up to the rise of Nazi Germany.

A little about me... I'm a writer and production designer with over a decades experience in the film industry gracing festivals such as Cannes, Sundance, and Tribeca - streamers such as as Amazon and cable networks like HBO as well as numerous theaters and platforms.

I'm looking to start Principle photography this summer when school is out of session and looking for funds to complete production.
