My name is Samantha, and I’m reaching out to share the story of my incredible service dog, Zuko. Zuko has been my loyal companion, providing me with support, love, and independence in countless ways. Unfortunately, Zuko recently suffered a cruciate ligament tear, and he’s facing a long road to recovery.

The surgery and physical therapy he needs are crucial to ensure he regains his mobility and continues living a happy and active life. While I do have insurance for Zuko, it does not cover the procedure or the rehabilitation afterward, leaving us with a substantial financial burden.
