Hey, my name is Zanreal, but most people call me Z. I am a 35-year-old single mom living day by day just like everyone else. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with Diastolic Congestive Heart Failure, which I have been struggling with since June of 2024. I have been hospitalized over 5 or 6 times since June, and I'm currently in AdventHealth as I write this due to CHF exacerbation.

I'm starting this GoFundMe because the heart medication I need to help my heart is very expensive, and I can't afford the medicine, pay bills, and also take care of my daughter as well.
