Help Zo Heal After a Traumatic Accident
On Saturday, March 15, Zo and I were just spending time together watching movies when a heartbreaking accident occurred. Zo went to the bathroom and accidentally got her hair caught in a candle, resulting in third-degree burns to her head and shoulders. As a result, Zo will need surgery, including a skin graft, to help her heal and eventually get back to her favorite activities like dance, soccer, and gymnastics.
Zo is an 8-year-old with a gregarious spirit, a great sense of humor, and a deep love for her family. She just joined the choir at Miguel Sepulveda and loves being on stage. This accident has changed everything for her, but we are so thankful she’s still here with us.
The road to recovery will be long, and any support you can offer—whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply a kind word—will mean the world to our family. We appreciate everything you can do to help Zo heal and return to the joyful, active girl she’s always been. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity and support during this difficult time.
