Support Zoey's Family to Avoid Government Housing

Story

Well my father has said he wants us to move out in 3 months so he can renovate the house and rent it out to someone else - I am just starting a small business and do not make enough to pay him off right now, I feel like if we could give him some lump sum he might let us stay longer so we are scrambling trying to come up with enough funds so we can stay in the only home Zoey has ever known, If we have to leave we will be forced into government housing and that's the last thing I want to do with a 3 year old. If we move I will probably have to give up doing my tie-dye business as you can't have such water consumption in an apartment building and access to a washer and dryer will be limited, I am just about to start doing markets and this would really but a wrench in all of it. Also a big concern is my 4 cats, they live here outside 80% of the time - they'd be miserable as indoor cats and no complex would let me have this many and I would never be able to in a small apartment so I'd have to rehome my cats...Another concern is that when I did have an apartment over 10 years ago I got an eviction so I'm not sure I would even be able to get in anywhere even on assistance....There's just so many things.... I'm just praying we find a way out and that it's not too late. Most Current Update: I just separated from Zoey's father & am really struggling financially
