Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for our beautiful 25-year-old niece Zoe. Zoe was recently diagnosed with a rare type of reoccurring sarcoma. This type of sarcoma will require a lifetime of treatments and surgeries. As if this news wasn't devastating enough, Zoe’s diagnosis has also led to the heartbreaking loss of her unborn son, a loss that has shattered the hearts of her entire family.

Zoe has always dreamed of being a mother. From a young age, she imagined a life full of love, laughter, and joy with children of her own. She is a dedicated wife to her husband, Jacob, and an incredibly loving mother to their 2-year-old daughter, Lily. Watching her fight this aggressive illness is beyond heartbreaking for Jacob, Lily, and the rest of her family, especially as they all struggle to cope with the loss of their son. The emotional toll on them is immense, but the physical and financial toll is something they are also trying to navigate.

Zoe has already undergone several medical tests and an extensive exploratory surgery followed by a long stay in ICU to fight this sarcoma. However, as we all know, medical treatments come with overwhelming costs, and beyond the medical bills, Zoe and her family still have to manage their day-to-day living expenses, including their mortgage and utilities. The stress of how to afford everything while trying to stay strong for each other is an extra burden they should not have to carry alone.

This is where we ask for your help.

We are setting up this GoFundMe to ease the financial burden that Zoe, Jacob, and Lily are facing so they can focus on her treatment and recovery, without the constant worry of how to keep their home and meet basic needs. Your donation will go directly to covering:

Medical expenses, including surgery and hospital stays

Costs associated with ongoing healthcare and medications

Monthly living expenses such as mortgage, utilities, and groceries

Any other unforeseen expenses as Zoe and her family navigate this difficult journey
