Hi, my name is Melissa, and I’m fundraising on behalf of my daughter, Zoë, who was recently diagnosed with HR+ HER2- Invasive Ductal Carcinoma breast cancer at 29 years old.

The good news is that her cancer was likely caught early and is treatable. She’s scheduled for a lumpectomy on June 13 and is currently navigating a nonstop series of medical appointments and decisions. After surgery, we’ll learn what stage she’s in and whether she’ll need chemo. Radiation and hormone therapy are a certainty.

Zoë lives with her loving and supportive partner, Kyle, and their sweet rescue dog, Ziggy. As they face this unexpected journey, we’re asking for help to ease the financial burden so they can focus on Zoë’s recovery.

Funds raised will go directly to Zoë for unexpected medical expenses, travel to and from appointments, lodging for appointments at Mayo Clinic, care for Ziggy if needed, and any additional expenses while Zoë recovers with Kyle by her side.
