Support Zoe May Thriving Through Cancer
Donation protected
Hello - My name is Leah and I am the dog mama to Zoe May, a 5 year old boxer that has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive Lymphoma. It is unbelievable to think that this is the journey we are embarking on.
Zoe for the most part is still a healthy, wild maniac that lives for the thrill of LIFE. She radiates love and will be the first one there to give licks to anyone! She loves to love. She loves to run. She loves to chase wild life. She loves to eat and to snuggle. She loves her uncle Scrappy and her dad.
She is my inspiration to celebrate life as much as possible every dang day!
I am heartbroken, it is that simple. Cancer isn't cured in dogs, the path is to find remission. Yesterday we began the journey of finding Zoe's remission. Hopefully, we are the lucky ones that will still be celebrating life one year from now (there is a 50% chance).
We are going to be doing a maintenance protocol for her treatment. This means that staring on Nov 24th she will go to the vet once a week for 4 weeks and then every 3 weeks for potentially up to 2 years. I hope that we are blessed and lucky enough to have 2 more years. I hope that we are blessed an lucky enough to have 2 more months.
Cancer is expensive and I am truly in a place where I need to ask for support to be able to financially support treatments and other holistic options to gain as much time as possible with this little lady.
If you can financially help - thank you! If you are not able to financially support and you have room in your prayers - thank you! If your prayers are full and you pocket book tight - if you can share this ask with your community - thank you! Anything helps.
