Zoe Groff is a strong, kind 14 year old girl. She loves her twin sister Chloe and her dog Sparkie.

Zoe was born with HLHS a CHD as well as further complications due to prematurely. She has been a strong warrior her whole life defying odds and proving everyone she writes her own story and doesn’t follow the standard protocols. When dr’s said she wouldn’t talk, walk or live she did. She is a fighter and continues to fight. She loves church youth group, her friends and she even loves school!

She is currently at Mayo Clinic undergoing evaluations for a heart transplant. She has a heart cath on 9/5/25 and the hope is to be listed for a heart transplant after the cath.

Mayo Clinic is 6hrs from home in Nebraska. The wait for a heart is long and the recovery is 3+months minimum in Rochester MN. That means 3+ months off work caring for Zoe and being with her 6hrs away from home.

We are asking for prayers.
