Zlata Bileha is a Ukrainian high school student who arrived in Minnesota four years ago through the U4Ukraine program, bravely making the journey without her parents. She is currently attending high school in the western suburbs, where she has become known for her dedication and resilience. Zlata excels in Math, languages, IB Arts, and Business, and her teachers and peers are continually impressed by her maturity and drive to succeed.

Now, Zlata is preparing for the next big step in her journey: applying to Minnesota colleges and universities for the fall 2026 academic year. Despite her academic achievements and determination, her host family is unable to assist with the significant costs of school, housing, and room and board. This fundraiser aims to help Zlata cover essential expenses like tuition, housing, and transportation so she can continue her education and build a bright future.

Zlata has worked incredibly hard to integrate into U.S. culture, and she is deeply grateful for the support she has received so far.
