Ziggy needs your help, please.
On May 24th, I noticed Ziggy wasn’t feeling well and he wasn’t acting like himself. At first, I thought maybe he had a URI. He was sneezy, sleepy, and not eating much. He stopped eating regularly almost a week ago.
Today he was diagnosed with “wet” FIP. The only way he has a fighting chance is to take an expensive medication for 84 days. If he responds well in the first two weeks, the treatment is working and we will hold our breath hoping that he doesn’t relapse before “observation” period ends. After that, remission is highly likely. Without this medication, he will not make it.
Ziggy turns 1 on June 16. I adopted him and his brother, Dexter, in September last year. Ziggy is my baby. My girls are very attached to him and we don’t want to lose him just because of finances.
2 weeks of medication is $355. 12 weeks brings us to a little over $2000. I will probably be able to cover about half, so I have set the goal at $1000.
Any amount helps and we thank you so much for helping save our sweet Void Boy.
