Like so many amazing dogs, life or death came down to space, stress and a broken system, and his place on the euthanasia list was not a reflection of his true character.

We couldn’t let that be the end of his story.

Zeus is now safe, but rescue is only the first step. The shelter environment can be incredibly overwhelming, and dogs often leave with stress, anxiety and behaviors that don’t reflect who they really are in a home.

That’s where you come in.

We’re raising funds to send Zeus to professional training so he can decompress, build confidence and become the best version of himself before finding his forever family. Training will help him with structure, stability and give adopters the confidence to say yes to him.

Zeus deserves more than just being saved, he deserves to thrive.
