Support Zero's End of Life Costs and Cancer Bills
Donation protected
UPDATE 7/16/24:
Zero fought against cancer for most of this year, but at an emergency vet visit, he passed surrounded by his family on July 15th. This is a really hard loss. Please consider donating to help with the high cost of end-of-life costs, as well as piling oncology and emergency vet bills. Anything helps.
Original message:
Zero, my brother’s dog + bff of nearly 10 years has cancer. The treatment is extensive and expensive but he would do anything to take care of Zero as he’s been there with him through so many of his challenges. Please consider donating any amount to give Zero a quality of life and more time to play with his loving owner.

Read more about him and his diagnosis:
Zero is a morkie (maltese/yorkie mix) who is about to turn 10 on June 23rd. He loves chewing on his indestructible popsicle toy & is obsessed with food. He suddenly went blind at age 5, but he’s never let that stop him from exploring, playing and being independent. At the end of March 2024, Zero had surgery to have a large mass removed from his back. It turned out to be a Grade III mast cell tumor, the most malignant and aggressive grade. After his surgery and cancer diagnosis, he went to Veterinary and Oncology in Milford, Ohio for treatment options. He’s currently on 4 medications given every 12 hours, including anti-cancer meds he gets 3 times a week that alternates with a steroid. Between multiple vet visits, a significant surgery, biopsy, recovery supplies, driving to Milford, oncology appointments, blood work, and different long-term medications, the care for Zero is costly.
