Support Zendehdel Family Rebuild After Palisades Fire

PLEASE NOTE: Your contribution supports the Zendehdels' expenses that are not covered by their building's HOA insurance, personal insurance and any other government programs (i.e. FEMA), which cover only a fraction of the value of the Zendehdel family's home and other expenses to rebuild their home, office and life. Plus, the family is sharing a portion of contributions with their Palisades community to support others affected by the wildfires.

The recent wildfires that swept through Pacific Palisades burned down the home and office of one of our beloved families – Arjang and Nicole Zendehdel (Avraham and Michaela Ilanit). It has also decimated their whole neighborhood. According to the Governor of California, this wildfire could be the worst natural disaster in US history.

Arjang and Nicole had lived in their home for about 23 years, where they were raising their four children, ages 18, 16, 8 and 5. Nicole’s parents, Ellie (Elaheh) and Steve (Sharone) Josefson also owned a unit in the same building and had been living there for about 30 years. In addition, Arjang and Nicole ran the headquarters of their family business, Dreamality Education & Coaching, in the same building.

Unfortunately, the HOA building insurance and other home insurance covers only a fraction of their home’s value. Even with government assistance (i.e. FEMA), it is woefully inadequate for rebuilding their home, office and life. In addition, the equity in their home is not accessible, likely for many years until rebuild occurs.

The Zendehdel family is very grateful to be alive and safe, thank God. Despite their losses, the Zendehdels have remained positive, strong and full of faith. Hours after finding out their home burned down on January 8th, Arjang even went forward with a scheduled seminar Peaceful Mind, Peaceful Life, and powerfully inspired many people. Arjang and Nicole are a living example of unconditional joy, calm and resilience in the face of challenge. As Arjang shared, “Within us is the most powerful force in the universe, a part of G-d. We are bigger than any challenge. We shall rise out of the ashes like the phoenix to a better place than we started.”

Arjang and Nicole have been inspiring and uplifting countless people for decades – through Dreamality, Arjang’s radio shows, volunteer work and by personal example. We now have an opportunity to come together as a community and show them that we stand with them. Let us uplift them so they can continue to uplift us all!
