Hello, my name is Aleida and I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my aunt, Zenaida, who has been like a second mother to me. She has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer and will require surgery on May 20, 2026 which will be followed by radiation treatment over the coming months.

Zenaida is currently living in New Jersey but travels over an hour to a hospital located in Brooklyn, NY to see her medical team. Any funds raised will be used to help cover her living expenses and to find a first floor AirBnB so that she can be closer to the hospital to receive her treatments. Expenses will include AirBnB costs, food, medication, travel, and related expenses.
