Support Xavier’s Family After Tragedy

Hello Family and Friends, it really pains me to have to create this Gofundme, to have to share with the world that my nephew is gone. This sweet, selfless, kind young man Xavier Alexander Grant Buggs, was only 17 when his life was violently and tragically taken away on February 17 2025, along with his half brother Eric. We are already missing his beautiful smile something he didn't share often in photos. We have not lost someone like this in our family so young, we are all reeling from this. His mom, grandma, grandpa are all at loss as they have played such a big part in Zay's life. I have not talked to my mom in two days, highly abnormal, she's is just in too much pain to even deal or believe that this is true, he was her baby. His siblings are unconsolable. Aunts Uncles and cousins and friends, we are all heart broken because his soul was so big, so sweet, Zay was the most loving young men that we knew. Those that were in his heart knew it, he loved big at even a young age, this tells me that the world truly lost out on someone amazing. Xavier loved to draw and really enjoyed the beach, his favorite color was blue and he was interested in science. Xavier was an amazing brother to his 6 siblings and adored his nieces and nephews. I asked for everyone to send me pictures of him and every single one of them he was holding a baby or playing with a sibling, he was never without family, even on the night we lost him. He was always the man of the house, he would even greet the little ones at the bus so they would make it safely home. That was his nature, a protector, unfortunately that is how he lost his life, protecting someone he loved, gun down trying to keep one of his sisters safe. This money that we are asking for will not only go to funeral expenses but to help his siblings move from a home they can no longer go back to because it is no longer safe. I would like to help my nephew rest at peace, by keeping his siblings safe and laying him to rest. So please give what you can, anything is appreciate it or just share. Thank you so much.
