Hi everyone. My best friend and matron of honor, Caroline, and her husband Hayden, are currently working to pay for emergency treatment for their sweet cat, Zara. They found Zara abandoned in a parking lot in 2021, and she is now 5 years old. This week, Caro and Hayden took her to the vet because she was throwing up, only to discover she has chronic kidney disease. She has been at the veterinary hospital for several days, and they have been unable to lower her levels. They have been told that if they are able to lower her levels, she will live another 1-3 years. If not, they will take her home and make her comfortable. They are now left with astoundingly high veterinary bills to pay off the treatment and hospital stay for their sweet girl Zara.
