Hi everyone,

I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of a brave woman, Zalina, a loving mother of three children who recently escaped an abusive relationship. After enduring years of domestic violence, she made the courageous decision to leave in order to protect herself and her kids.

Right now, she’s starting completely over, rebuilding her life from the ground up. She’s working hard every day to find a stable job and secure a safe home for her family, but in the meantime, she needs help covering basic monthly expenses.

Your donations will go directly toward:

* Rent and utilities to keep a roof over their heads

* Groceries and household essentials

* Transportation costs for job interviews and school

We are hoping to raise enough to cover the next three months of living expenses, giving her time to get back on her feet, find a job, and create a stable, loving environment for her children.

She’s from the Republic of Dagestan, and has been alone without her family and support. She used to be a OBGYN doctor but was never allowed to work by her husband.

This woman has shown incredible strength and resilience, but she cannot do this alone. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a difference in helping this family rebuild their lives free from fear and violence.
