Hello Family, Friends, and Race Family!

As most of you all know, my brother in law Zak Gorski was involved in a wreck during a micro sprint race this past weekend at Greenwood Valley Action Track, in Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, Zak was injured in this wreck. We are so lucky and thankful that he was able to walk away without any neck or back injuries; Zak was transported by ambulance to the hospital where he was told he suffered a pretty bad break to his left arm to which he is in need of surgery to repair. As of right now the surgery is scheduled for this Wednesday, the 20th.

Now, if you know Zak, you know he is the last person that will ask for any help.. for anything.. even when he needs it. Zak is one of the hardest working guys I know and would give the shirt off his back to a stranger if they needed it. Zak is the first one to help literally anyone at the racetrack before even making sure his own car is ready to go. And Zak is the sole provider for his family. At home he provides for his wife, Rhealynne; brother, Jacob; and two young daughters, Finley and Emersyn. With Zak being injured he is now unable to work like he normally would therefore daily home bills will begin to cause a burden on them. Let alone the medical bills (ambulance, hospital ER visit, and surgery) to which they have already begun to receive.

As of this evening, they are being told they need to provide $3,000 prior to the surgery on Wednesday. That’s only one day to come up with those funds. You can imagine the stress this alone has caused, aside from the thought of all their other bills.
