my name is Zaira, and on november 6th, i’ll be undergoing my gender-affirming vaginoplasty (bottom surgery). this is something i’ve dreamed of since i was a child — a step that means finally feeling at home in my own body. it’s both deeply personal and life-changing.

this surgery marks the beginning of a new chapter: one filled with comfort, authenticity, and peace. i’ve spent so long preparing emotionally, medically, and financially — but i’m still short of my final goal. i’m hoping to raise $5,000 to cover my hospital stay, recovery care, and time off work while i heal.
