I am a full time student who lost an expensive loaned laptop after an accident on a bus, and I need to pay off the debt of $1780. Both the police and the bus system have done the bare minimum to help me find the laptop, and I most likely will be charged this fee soon. Any amount of support helps, as long as I can raise enough money to help myself pay it off by the March 2026 without losing all of my money. I am in deep amount of trouble as someone who doesn’t make much, and I do not want to have to rely on family’s help, as they are not only in a financially tight spot but also sacrificed so much to get me to this university.
