Hello, Family!

We have some exciting news to share! As many of you know, Zaden has been working incredibly hard over the past few years to make a travel baseball team — a dream he’s been chasing with unwavering determination. After multiple tryouts and rejections, he never gave up. Instead, he doubled down, training several times a week (even during summer break), studying mechanics on YouTube, heading outside to practice on his own, and making tough sacrifices like missing out on parties and fun to stay focused on his goals.

All that hard work has finally paid off — Zaden has officially been offered a spot on a travel baseball team!

Travel baseball is an amazing opportunity, but it also comes with significant time and financial commitments. As many of you know, I’ve recently returned to school and will be transitioning to full-time soon. Unfortunately, my job is expected to begin layoffs next year, which will make it even more challenging to cover all of our everyday expenses — let alone the added costs of travel ball.

That’s why I’ve created a GoFundMe — to ask our village for support in helping make Zaden’s first season of travel baseball a reality. Any contribution, no matter the size, would mean the world to us and help this hardworking young athlete chase his dream.
