My name is Wendy and as many don't know, my brother Zack (age 32 and the father of 4 kids) is in stage 5 kidney failure. He is in the process of starting dialysis until he is able to get a transplant.

Of course, with everything, he is unable to work at the moment and his wife is doing everything she can, but they need help with medical expenses (that insurance doesn't cover), bills, groceries, etc.
