Support Zach's Unexpected Medical Journey

Hi everyone!

Our close friend Zach has had an accident and what was originally thought to be just a muscle strain/tear has ended up being more serious. Him and his wife both are in school full time with multiple jobs just trying to make ends meet is now being thrown for a loop. With 2 ER visits and now a hospital admission for an unknown amount of time, they need help. Zach and his wife are some of the most genuine, kind people ever. They have quickly become a part of our village with our little family and now its my turn do gather a village for them. Please help me help ease the burden of all these unexpected medical bills.

UPDATE (Approved by Zach and Madi): Although they still do not have the full picture of what is going on within Zach's body, there are some diagnoses that all will hopefully bring doctors to conclusions on how to make Zach better and get him home. Zach is currently diagnosed with Rhabdo and Cellulitis. Even with these diagnoses, Zach is still in a lot of pain that his medical team is having a hard time manging and not a clear answer on what is causing all of this. There is still no timeline on when Zach will get to return home. We are so excited that he is starting to get some answers but still praying for more answers.

UPDATE 11/15/2024

The update we've been waiting for! (Mostly because it's been a crazy week) buuuuuuut

TUESDAY AFTERNOON ZACH WAS RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL!

11 days since the whole ordeal started,

9 days a hospital bed, 2 surgeries, too many medications to count, so so so many tears and so so so many prayers, Zach is home with his sweet wife, or how he would often tell me when I'd text him to check in on him, "an absolute angel"

We could not be more excited our friend is home.

On behalf of Zach and Madi and from Riley and myself, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. All the prayers and good vibes were felt. You all have brought an immense amount of peace and comfort to our friends during such a difficult time.

Zach still has an incredibly long road to recovery and some big, hefty hospital bills coming his way. Prayers and good vibes already always welcome and appreciated.
