Support Zachs Stem Cell Therapy journey, battling SCA1

Donation protected
Hey guys! I, Montana Morris have decided to take to social media, & GFM for the help from our friends & family on behalf of my dad, Zach Crowe. Zach was diagnosed with rapid progressive spinocerebellar ataxia type 1 at 39 years old, in 2020, and was fully disabled shortly after diagnosis. after seeing a huge number of doctors, neurologists, and specialists to discuss our next steps we were quickly made aware that options for treatment/ pharmaceuticals are very very limited, and the turn around numbers have not been great thus far in many of the treatments that have undergone clinical study. however, we have recently (may 2024) redirected our focus to Stem Cell therapy, and have since undergone 3 stem cell treatments. While we know that we still have a long way to go, it is with confidence that we say since starting stem cell therapy treatment Zach’s scores have made a tremendous turn around. Zach was falling roughly 28-30 times a week, experiencing extreme dizziness and shakiness, weak coordination between his hands/eyes and other limbs, pain in his feet, difficulty to use eating utensils, inability to take steps on his own, slurred speech, and choking due to trouble swallowing a few times a week. since starting the stem cells Zach has not fallen (has even taken up to 18 steps a day without the help of a walker), the pain in his feet has completely gone away, he has only gotten choked very few times, his coordination is getting better, he is using utensils on his own, his speech has improved greatly, and the dizziness/shakiness scores have lowered. Stem cell therapy is not covered by insurance, and while we have exhausted every option possible to keep these treatments going, we simply cannot do it without help. if you know Zach, you know that he would give the shirt off of his back & his last dollar to whoever needs it, always putting others before himself & now is our time to do the same for him! we are coming to our friends and family, as well as strangers in hopes that we can help make a difference for Zach so that he does not have to worry about the fees of his next SCT treatment. We understand that times are hard for everyone around us, so we ask that you join us in prayer for our dad, and pray that these treatments can continue making a difference on his body! we are taking control of this disease everyday, and we are confident in knowing that our God is not done making a difference on our Dad!
