My brother Zach has been awarded a full scholarship for a Master of Science in Digital Art and Creative Technologies at La Salle Barcelona, beginning March 2026. His tuition is fully covered; an incredible achievement that reflects his talent, perseverance, and dedication.
With less than 6 months to go, the final step is securing living costs housing, food, transportation, and flights so he can seize this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. That’s why we’re raising $20,000 to support his journey.
Our Story
We lost our dad in 2016, and in 2024, our mom passed suddenly while visiting me in the U.S. Since then, it has really just been the two of us — me in the U.S. and Zach in the Philippines, leaning on each other across an ocean.
Both of us were scholars in college. Finances have never been easy, but perseverance has carried us. Zach earned a full ride in college, and today he’s a professor at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, teaching the very program he once graduated from.
Now, with this Master’s, he has the chance to deepen his expertise on the global stage while continuing to teach.
Why This Matters
This Master’s isn’t just about Zach earning another degree — it’s about fueling a creative journey that reaches far beyond him. Studying in Barcelona will expose him to new perspectives, techniques, and global ideas that he can bring back to his students in the Philippines.
He will continue teaching part-time while in the program, ensuring that everything he learns abroad becomes a resource for the next generation of creatives back home.
Supporting Zach means supporting a greater cause: helping hundreds of young designers and artists gain access to knowledge, mentorship, and inspiration that would otherwise remain out of reach.
Why Digital Art Matters
Digital art is more than creativity, it’s the language of today’s world, shaping industries like film, gaming, design, and digital media. It drives opportunity, fuels innovation, and empowers young people to compete in a global economy.
By supporting Zach’s journey, you’re ensuring that students in the Philippines have direct access to world-class perspectives, tools, and skills keeping them connected to the future of creativity.

How You Can Help
Your support will go directly toward:
- $600 = One month of housing in Barcelona
- $350 = One month of food and groceries
- $50 = One month of transportation
- $2,000 = Roundtrip flights from the Philippines to Spain
Our total goal is $20,000
That could look like:
- 1,000 people giving $20
- 200 people giving $100
- 100 people giving $200
By supporting Zach, you’re not just helping one student, you’re investing in the hundreds of young creatives he mentors.
It’s really just been the two of us, and with your help, Zach can step into this next chapter and bring that impact even further. With less than 6 months to go, every contribution and share makes a difference.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
