I need your help. They say we fall down but we get up and that’s what I try to teach all of my children. Zachary Pollard was on top of the world attending school in New York. He started with a dream and he worked his way literally from the bottom to the top. I did not have money for my child to have dance lessons and singing lessons. He did it all himself. He’s almost at his finals he made lead in a very big play because they saw what I’ve always saw an amazing actor and an incredible person. Sadly as with anything in a blink of an eye all of it can change. My son gliding across the stage in his beautiful way landed wrong and has now caused tremendous injury to his knee. I will not let his dreams fade. He will come back better and stronger than ever. His knee is broken and we do not know what recovery time will look like we do know that there is possibly a surgery and heavy physical therapy and now he needs your help too. He will not be able to fully complete his finals or work, but he will graduate with pride as of now he cannot walk and he’s trying to Uber to class cause he’s not going to give up, I won’t let him but more importantly he will not let himself there is no giving up for us. I tell him when we fall or get knocked down we cry and we hurt, but we all get back up. Please, if you could help in anyway he needs you and as always I say give from your heart not your pocketbook.
