Hi, my name is Sayla and I am Zachary’s older sister. I’m writing this to tell you about his story. Zachy is a 22-year-old boy who is dearly loved by his family. He has many goals in life and has been trying very hard to achieve these while life has thrown many obstacles at him.

Unfortunately, Saturday night, Zachary was involved in a devastating accident which has him in an induced coma with brain damage, brain bleeds, a broken skull, broken ankles, crushed heels, and many other injuries that are life-threatening. He is currently fighting for his life and we have been by his side rooting for him to wake up. Zachary has been through multiple surgeries removing bones from his head, and soon he will be getting plates and bolts in his legs and feet. As we navigate through this time, we ask for everybody to keep him in your thoughts.

He will be going through intense physical therapy and have a hard, long journey into recovery. When Zachary does wake up and start to recover, we wanted to support him by making a fund for him to get his life back on track. Zach will not be able to walk or move for a very long time.
