Zach Harding is not just a friend—he’s family to me. I first met Zach when he was 15 years old through his uncle Steve Boucher, back when I was starting my property maintenance business. That summer, Zach and his brother Colton worked for me, and since then, we’ve all remained close friends. Zach is the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back, always ready to help others and work hard for those he cares about. I love him with my whole heart, and it’s heartbreaking to see him facing such a difficult time.

On April, 28, 2026, Zach was working on installing a pivot at his job when it began to tip. In an effort to protect a co-worker, Zach tried to stop it from falling, but was launched into the air. He suffered significant injuries to his face, breaking 20 bones and requiring immediate surgery. Zach was life flighted to Billings, Montana, and will need several more surgeries in the coming months to recover.

Zach will be out of work for a while as he heals, and the medical bills and lost income are adding up quickly.
