I am reaching out to anyone that can help a great young man with the loss of both his parents recently. We were friends and neighbors for many years. Zac, 22 years old, lost his mom in April this year (2025) and now suddenly lost his dad just a couple of days ago. My heart breaks for him because that was his only family—no grandparents, aunts, uncles, just his friends. This young man should be just starting his adulthood life, but instead, he has so many expenses coming his way. He is doing good right now and is staying positive, but the bills are going to start to add up very fast with funeral costs, attorney fees, and everything else. The house he grew up in is currently in pre-foreclosure, and we would love to get it caught up so he has time to get through the probate period so he can get it into his name as he is the only heir to it. The house has great equity in it, so this could be a very good start to life for him. Let’s all get together and show Zac he’s not in this alone and people do care and are here for him. Every penny we raise will go to Zac.
