Mutual Aid Request for Zakariyah Hill

Zakariyah (Z) Hill, co-founder of The Supply Hive, a mutual aid fund that practices solidarity through funding rent relief, therapy, food, water, school supplies, diapers, hygiene products, and other necessities, has long served in her role without compensation. Z's job at a different nonprofit paid her bills until recently, when she was unexpectedly laid off. Now, forced to re-enter the workforce, Z needs our solidarity as she prepares for this challenge. Z had to return her work-issued laptop to her previous employer. In order to update her resume and LinkedIn account, find jobs, and apply to them, she needs access to a computer. Please practice solidarity by giving what you have to fund a laptop for Z. If you cannot monetarily contribute, please consider sharing this post. We are aiming for $1500.00 to cover the cost of a laptop. Any funds contributed beyond that amount will assist Z in transitioning to this next phase in her life. Thank you!
