A few months ago, I thought I knew exactly what was next—go straight to college. But in December, God began to show me a different path.

I grew up in a Christian household, surrounded by faith, but for much of my life I struggled to truly find my identity in God. I wrestled with mental health challenges and often turned to worldly things for comfort instead of Him. It wasn’t until my senior year of high school that everything began to change. I realized I didn’t just want to know about Jesus—I wanted Him to be the center of my life.

As I began to surrender more to God, I felt a deep calling to missions. That’s when I learned about YWAM Ships Kona in Hawaii, a ministry that trains young people to share the Gospel and serve some of the most remote islands in the Pacific. I couldn’t shake the feeling that this was where God was leading me. I prayed, and He made it clear—this was my next step.

This October, I’ll spend 3 months in Hawaii in discipleship training: studying the Bible, learning from pastors, and preparing to share God’s Word. Then for 3 months, I’ll join an outreach team traveling to islands in the Polynesian region, bringing practical help like medical care, education, and clean water projects—along with the hope of Jesus.

To make this mission possible, I need to raise $13,000 for training and outreach. I’ve been saving and working, but I’m trusting God to provide through the generosity of others.
