I have created this GoFundMe for my mom, Yvonne Arnett. In August, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Since then, she has had a radical hysterectomy, which got rid of the cervical cancer. Unfortunately, another cancer was found: fallopian tube cancer that spread to other parts of her body. It is stage 3. She has started chemotherapy, and in a few short months, the expenses have grown.

She has been a teacher for 20 years in Doddridge and Harrison Counties. She loves teaching history and loves her students. It has been very difficult for her to miss so much time from work. If you know mom, Ms. Arnett, or years ago as Ms. Dent when working at the movie theatre, she isn’t much for sitting down and relaxing. At one point, she worked 2 jobs to take care of us. Mom loves to watch her grandsons play sports such as Sean who plays football, Hayden who is the awesome team manager and biggest fan, and Tommy who plays baseball and basketball. She also loves watching her granddaughter Torrin play softball.

Mom is working what she can, taking care of my grandmother, and going to chemotherapy.

Anything to help her as she goes through these next 6 months of treatment would be greatly appreciated. Any donations will help with a dent in medical expenses and the travel to and from Morgantown for Chemo.
