I created this fundraiser for a good friend of mine whom is a mother struggling with breast cancer. If you know Yukie, you know she is all heart. She is friendly, loving, and supportive. She is a wonderful and dedicated mother of her 5-year-old son, Brennon. Those of us closest to her know she has been having a challenging few years, ranging from health issues in her family, loss of a parent, pending divorce, job loss, and now breast cancer.

We are seeking financial support for Yukie's living expenses and uncovered medical expenses as she goes through breast cancer treatment. The goal is to help ease her financial burden and stress. Any donation, big or small, will help alleviate her expenses while she is focused on winning her battle with breast cancer.

Yukie is a fighter and will get through this tumultuous time. However, her needs within cancer care have taken their hardest toll on her today. She is recovering from surgery, undergoing her current chemotherapy cancer treatments, followed by radiation treatments. Yukie has been medically advised not to work in the school system setting where she was helping teach special needs children, due to her weakened immune system. She is also currently experiencing the various ill effects of cancer treatment on her mind and body.
