Wendy’s 14-year-old daughter has taken a remarkable step by creating her own volleyball practices in an adverse community. Her vision is to offer a safe space for youth ages 13 to 17, where they can learn or enhance their volleyball skills and practice together. The hope is to build a team in the future, but right now, the focus is on supporting youth development and providing opportunities for growth.

To support her mission, Wendy has already purchased a net and volleyball, and she provides snacks to the youth at every practice. However, to truly empower these young athletes, additional resources are needed. The funds raised will help provide each youth with a sports bag, volleyball, knee pads, water bottle, team shirt, and possibly shoes. This equipment will ensure that every participant has what they need to train, play, and continue their journey in volleyball.
