As you know, due to COVID-19 the bars in San Antonio have been forced to close. As of now, the bars are saying best case scenario they will reopen May 1. Even then, i'm not guaranteed a gig when they reopen. If they feel the demand isn't there, they just have to make a phone call and I remain unemployed

The nature of karaoke is that there is no paid time off and there is no working from home. Because i'm not considered bar staff, even when the bars are trying to help, i'm often forgotten because I don't technically work for them. 

In order to stay afloat, i'm asking for any donations you can spare during these difficult times. What I'm hoping for does not cover all of my bills, but will help with a few of the more essential ones such as food and utilities. 

I appreciate any donation that can be made. I love my job and I miss you guys. We really do have the best karaoke singers in town and I can't wait to get back to it.
